This type of therapeutic massage works the deeper layers of your muscles. The primary aim is to break up adhesions in the muscle tissue and increase the circulation and lymph flow to that area. Learn more about Deep Tissue Massage.

• Abdominal Massage

Fantastic!! I have really enjoyed my experience being a patient of Dr Jamila Abdulla and also getting massages by Jen. They are both very caring and understanding. I have had a lot of relief of pain since I have seen them both. Dr. Jamila also has a lot of experience with personal training so she had a lot of advice for me in terms of exercise to help out with my core strength etc. I highly recommend this clinic!
