Have you been injured in a Motor Vehicle Accident in Calgary?

If you have sustained a sprain, strain or whiplash from a car accident in Calgary, you’re entitled to accident benefits coverage regardless of how the accident happened or who was at fault. However, you must seek treatment from a Primary Health Care Provider, such as a chiropractor, medical doctor or physical therapist within 10 days of the collision.

You must also file the appropriate AB1 - Patient form with your insurer within 10 days.
