Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)
Active Isolated Stretching allows the body to repair itself and prepare for daily activity.
It involves holding each stretch for 2 seconds, and performing the stretch on the individual muscle 8 - 10 times. This is known to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of joints, muscles and fascia (connective tissues).
